These terms govern your use of Luna, an AI-powered habit coaching service delivered via WhatsApp. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Luna provides automated habit coaching through WhatsApp messages. Our AI coach helps you define a habit, sends daily check-in reminders, and tracks your progress through conversational interactions.

2. Not Medical or Health Advice

Luna is a general wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service. The coaching provided is generated by AI and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified health professional.

3. WhatsApp Messaging Consent

By signing up for Luna, you consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages, including:

• Onboarding messages to set up your habit
• Daily check-in reminders at your chosen time
• Motivational and coaching responses

Message frequency: Typically 1-3 messages per day, depending on your interactions.

Opt-out: You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. You can resume the service by messaging us again.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Send harmful, abusive, or offensive content through the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Luna. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses from Luna are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated response.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Luna available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Your Data

Your use of Luna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
